About the role

D Prime, a global online broker specializing in multi‑asset CFD trading, is seeking a Sales Director to lead its commercial expansion in Chile. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building a high‑value client portfolio, and shaping the regional sales strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase market share and revenue in Chile.
• Build, manage, and nurture a portfolio of high‑value clients.
• Recruit, mentor and lead a team of Business Development Managers to meet and exceed targets.
• Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns and optimise lead conversion.
• Use data and analytics to refine sales processes and report performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in financial services.
• Proven record of exceeding sales targets and building high‑performing teams.
• Strategic vision combined with hands‑on leadership capability.
• Strong business‑development and client‑acquisition expertise.
