About the role
The Account Manager SMB role offers the chance to drive growth and retention for small and medium business partners on the Uber Eats platform. You will manage post‑sale relationships, ensuring partners succeed while delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead post‑deal partner management for a high‑value SMB portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to achieve revenue growth, upsell new features, and ensure high retention.
- Act as the voice of the customer, translating partner needs to internal teams.
- Develop deep knowledge of the partner landscape and cultivate cross‑organizational relationships.
- Design and lead growth initiatives, collaborating with Uber’s internal teams to deliver projects.
- Set, track, and report performance metrics; conduct regular business reviews with partners.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in a similar account‑management or customer‑facing role.
- Data‑driven decision‑making and strong business judgment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with executive presence.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast‑moving environment.
- Willingness to dive into details and collaborate closely with high‑value partners.
Required skills
- SQL (knowledge is a plus)
- Advanced Excel
