Country Manager

About the role

Ria Money Transfer is seeking a Country Manager to define and execute the local strategy in line with regional and global guidelines. The role leads cross‑functional initiatives across marketing, product, and customer experience while owning P&L responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a digital strategy that aligns with regional and global objectives.
• Drive growth through market insights, KPI optimization, and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Lead cross‑functional execution across marketing, product, and operations teams.
• Own P&L, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
• Manage local and regional stakeholders and build high‑performing teams.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team‑management experience (7+ years in fast‑paced environments such as fintech, e‑commerce, tech or consulting).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strategic thinker with high autonomy in decision‑making.
• Deep understanding of the local market and industry trends, preferably the Colombian fintech/payments sector.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making.
• Experience managing P&L or business KPIs.
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
