About the role
We are seeking an Admin Specialist to keep our office running smoothly. The role focuses on daily administrative support, facilities coordination, and asset management, ensuring a productive work environment for all teams.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily office administration and internal coordination.
- Manage facilities, including maintenance, supplier relationships, service contracts, and office supplies.
- Control and track company assets, handling inventory, allocation, and documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams and external providers to resolve operational issues.
- Assist with invoice processing and monitor administrative expenses.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in administration, office management, or asset coordination.
- Experience managing vendors and suppliers.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Service‑oriented mindset and good communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
