Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

Join a global technology leader as a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent, handling international travel arrangements for clients and employees. This fully remote position offers the chance to work with diverse cultures, time zones, and travel regulations while supporting a high‑performing, multicultural team.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, health insurance, meals, car hire and related services according to budget and requirements.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing processes, identify savings opportunities, and improve efficiency.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of passport, visa, and government travel regulations across multiple destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and coordinate flights, housing, benefits, and compensation packages, often collaborating with relocation firms or government officials.
• Document, update, and own travel‑related processes, proposing enhancements as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Strong command of English.
