Driver Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Driver Operations Specialist to lead driver acquisition and operational initiatives across Chile. The role combines project management, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure efficient driver supply and high‑quality execution of market strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Execute on‑ground driver acquisition initiatives across assigned markets, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Plan, coordinate, and track market‑level acquisition projects end‑to‑end, adapting execution to local conditions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Market Efficiency teams to unblock issues and roll out acquisition and retention initiatives.
• Monitor and report on metrics such as New and Active Drivers, Acquisition Cost, Supply Hours, Utilization, and Retention Rates.
• Maintain operational discipline by following defined processes, documenting accurately, and continuously improving workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of high‑impact experience in Strategy, Operations, Analytics, Consulting, Marketplace Operations, Product Operations, or related fields.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Strong domain knowledge of SQL.
