eCommerce Manager

About the role

The eCommerce Manager – Direct to Consumer is responsible for driving commercial performance and optimizing adidas’ local online business. You will own the end‑to‑end shopping experience, from traffic acquisition and conversion to customer retention, working closely with regional and global eCommerce teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the digital consumer experience agenda, providing insights on organic search, user experience, consumer journeys and A/B testing to improve conversion rates across owned and partner platforms.
• Support creation and local planning of digital content, ensuring alignment with regional and global guidelines.
• Collaborate with the regional Brand Activation eCommerce team to execute brand priorities across digital touchpoints.
• Partner with local category leaders to enhance digital storytelling and support business unit growth.
• Leverage CRM data to develop acquisition, frequency and loyalty campaigns that increase consumer retention and lifetime value.
• Generate incremental traffic through local asset activation, community engagement and link‑building initiatives.
• Coordinate app content and download strategies to boost active user rates.
• Act as a digital ambassador, guiding digital transformation across departments and managing a high‑performing team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Post‑graduate studies (MBA, eCommerce, Digital or CRM) are a strong plus.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in eCommerce or Direct‑to‑Consumer environments, preferably within retail, fashion or sportswear.
