IT Recruiter – Young Professional (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for a motivated Young Professional to join its talent acquisition team as an IT Recruiter. This fully remote position offers the chance to develop end‑to‑end recruitment skills while supporting a global tech company.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment cycle, from posting jobs and sourcing candidates to screening and coordinating interviews.
• Source talent through job boards, LinkedIn and other platforms to build a strong pipeline of IT professionals.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate fit and interest.
• Arrange and manage interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to refine role requirements and search strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
