About the role
The Junior Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of around 50 small customers across two business models – Assortment Clearance Accounts (ACA) and Self‑Service Accounts (SSA). The role combines commercial execution, customer relationship management and operational coordination to drive sales performance and support digital self‑service adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and classify the customer portfolio, defining tier‑based engagement strategies.
- Maintain regular contact with ACA customers, negotiate pricing and discounts, and drive stock liquidation.
- Support SSA customers through the Click B2B platform, encouraging autonomous ordering and platform usage.
- Execute pre‑orders, re‑orders and in‑season sales, contributing to accurate forecasting and demand planning.
- Build and adapt assortments aligned with go‑to‑market strategy and maintain product data on the Click platform.
- Manage end‑to‑end order execution, returns, credit, and collections while coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Keep CRM data up‑to‑date and support continuous improvement of digital tools and processes.
Required profile
- Strong negotiation, adaptability and resilience when dealing with small business owners.
- Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to build long‑term relationships.
- Analytical approach to sales performance and inventory turnover.
- Proactive attitude for client development and prospecting (hunting).
Required skills
- Experience with CRM tools (ICL/ICS).
- Proficiency in using the Click B2B self‑service platform.
- Basic order management and forecasting capabilities.
