Recruiter – Talent Acquisition in Lima

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join IGT’s talent acquisition team in Lima. The role will support full‑cycle hiring for a variety of positions, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers while contributing to the company’s growth in the gaming and entertainment sector.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for full‑time, temporary, part‑time and internship roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and workforce priorities.
- Source, screen and evaluate candidates using job boards, social media, referrals and internal databases.
- Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Support onboarding activities, offer administration and employer‑branding events.
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and local employment regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruiting, staffing or HR support.
- Strong customer‑service orientation, excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting techniques.
