About the role

Join XTB, a leading FinTech company, as a Sales Assistant and support our commercial team in delivering financial solutions to clients. You will work in a fast‑moving international environment, assisting sales executives throughout the client acquisition and retention process.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead Management – conduct initial outreach to potential clients, qualify their profile, and route them to the appropriate sales executive.
  • Proposal Preparation – create tailored sales presentations, commercial proposals, and product quotes for stocks, funds, and derivatives.
  • Closing Support – assist sales executives during negotiations, monitor progress, and follow up on contract closures or account openings.
  • Customer Service – resolve operational inquiries such as transfer status, platform access, and account statement visibility.
  • Client Retention – execute proactive loyalty campaigns informing clients about expirations, market events, and new product opportunities.
  • CRM Management – maintain accurate client records, log all interactions, and track progress through the sales funnel.
  • Reporting – prepare periodic commercial reports covering KPIs, transaction volumes, and new client acquisition metrics.
  • Internal Liaison – coordinate with Operations, Compliance, and Back Office to ensure smooth processing of client orders.
  • Research Support – organize, format, and distribute newsletters or market reports produced by the analysis team.

Required profile

  • Technical or professional degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

Required skills

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Basic understanding of financial instruments (equities, funds, derivatives) and market concepts.
