About the role

We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate to help build the systems that enable Topsort’s rapid scaling across customers, countries, and teams. You will work directly with senior leadership to design operating systems, internal workflows, and strategic projects that drive our mission of clean, privacy‑first advertising. You will thrive in a collaborative, high‑velocity team that values straightforward communication and rapid execution.

Key responsibilities

• Design and improve internal operating processes that support fast growth.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create strategic project plans and company‑building materials.
• Develop documentation and playbooks that capture best practices for scaling.
• Support the development of systems that enhance retail media monetization for global customers.
• Assist the CEO and founders in translating strategic vision into actionable initiatives.
