About the role

Recruitcha is seeking a proactive Talent & Partnerships Associate to expand its client and candidate network. You will be the primary face of the company on LinkedIn, engaging hiring teams, founders, and potential clients while our backend team manages screening and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and connect with hiring managers, founders, and potential clients via LinkedIn.
• Pitch Recruitcha’s recruiting services and nurture relationships that lead to placements.
• Source and message candidates to keep the talent pipeline active.
• Collaborate with the internal team that handles screening, interviews, and reporting.
• Gain hands‑on sales and business‑development experience within a fast‑growing recruiting firm.
