About the role
Marcus Thomas is seeking an Account Manager to lead client growth and ensure the quality of services delivered for its Salesforce practice. The role is based in a hybrid setting serving our Buenos Aires and Santiago offices, and will act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with clients, delivering measurable results.
- Guide clients in marketing automation, CRM, and lead‑generation decisions.
- Serve as a trusted resource, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue revenue‑growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Monitor account health, manage escalations, and analyze profitability.
- Stay current with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud product updates.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering results.
- Confidence, integrity, and professionalism.
Required skills
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (experience preferred).
