Account Manager – LATAM Region

About the role

GeologicAI is seeking an Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with strategic mining clients across Latin America. The role focuses on deepening engagement, expanding the portfolio of services, and ensuring client success from exploration through production.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers in mining companies operating in multiple jurisdictions.
• Understand clients’ business, technical and commercial needs to propose tailored solutions and drive adoption of GeologicAI’s analytics products.
• Serve as the senior point of contact for assigned accounts, coordinating internal teams to deliver high‑quality service and value.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies, including upselling new products and services.
• Collaborate with senior executives and the commercial team on contract negotiations, commercial terms, and performance monitoring.
• Provide market and client feedback to product teams to influence roadmap and new use‑case development.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing strategic accounts, preferably within the mining or natural resources sector.
• Strong understanding of mining operations from exploration to production and the ability to translate technical data into business value.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior executives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive revenue growth.
