AI Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an AI Software Engineer to join our fast‑growing product team. You will help build and ship AI‑powered features that power Naya’s unified design platform, enabling teams to generate concepts, models and insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI components within our hybrid AI stack.
• Take features from idea through implementation, testing and deployment to real users.
• Debug production issues, provide timely fixes and ensure high‑quality code.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional designers, product managers and engineers to define requirements.
• Continuously evaluate new tools, libraries and best practices to improve the platform.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of professional software development experience, including internships, side projects or open‑source contributions.
• Demonstrated ability to ship a product or feature that is used by others.
• Strong quality mindset: writes readable code, adds tests and values good engineering practices.
• Curious about new technologies, follows industry leaders and experiments with new tools.
• Enjoys startup environments, wearing multiple hats and iterating quickly.
• Coachable, asks good questions and takes ownership of outcomes.
