About the role
As an Associate Consultant in Mastercard's Launch Program 2027, you will join a small, high‑performing team that helps leading brands solve complex strategic challenges. You will work on technology‑focused projects across industries such as financial services, retail, hospitality, and more, gaining hands‑on experience with data‑driven solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior consultants to deliver actionable insights and implementation plans for client projects.
- Support 1‑3 concurrent engagements, each lasting 8‑16 weeks, covering strategy, transformation, and performance analytics.
- Develop and present data‑driven recommendations using business intelligence tools.
- Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders to ensure project success.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for solving business problems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Interest in technology, data, and consulting across diverse sectors.
