Business Development Manager – Access Control Solutions

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive adoption of HID Global’s access control solutions across key end‑user accounts in Chile or Colombia. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will align customers’ security challenges with HID’s technology roadmap and help expand long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic engagement programs to promote HID’s portfolio.
• Deliver educational briefings, trainings, and presentations to end‑users.
• Attend industry tradeshows and internal events, focusing on speaking opportunities.
• Produce monthly status reports covering activity progress, product mix, timelines, and revenue impact.
• Collaborate with marketing to create whitepapers, brochures, web content, and lead‑nurturing campaigns.
• Support the transition from physical access to digital mobile technologies.
• Travel up to 50% of the time to meet customers and attend events.

Required profile

• Understanding of corporate end‑user culture, decision‑making processes, and consultant community requirements.
• Proven track record in sales and business development with measurable revenue growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
