About the role
Turner & Townsend is looking for a detail-oriented Buyer Administrator to support procurement operations on large-scale data center projects in Chile. The role provides administrative and transactional support so that procurement processes run efficiently in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support procurement teams with purchase orders, supplier onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain procurement records, contracts and supplier databases.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
- Assist with RFQs and bid documentation preparation.
- Track orders, invoices and payments in line with project needs.
- Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and internal controls.
Required profile
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in procurement or administrative support roles.
- Strong organizational and data management skills.
- Spanish and English proficiency required.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Excel and procurement systems.
