About the role

Turner & Townsend is looking for a detail-oriented Buyer Administrator to support procurement operations on large-scale data center projects in Chile. The role provides administrative and transactional support so that procurement processes run efficiently in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

Support procurement teams with purchase orders, supplier onboarding and documentation.
Maintain procurement records, contracts and supplier databases.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
Assist with RFQs and bid documentation preparation.
Track orders, invoices and payments in line with project needs.
Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and internal controls.

Required profile

Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in procurement or administrative support roles.
Strong organizational and data management skills.
Spanish and English proficiency required.

Required skills

Proficiency in Excel and procurement systems.
