Client Deployment Lead – AI Transformation for Mid‑Market CEOs

About the role

The Client Deployment Lead, AI will work directly with mid‑market CEOs to drive AI‑native transformation across their organisations. Embedded on‑site, you will own the executive relationship, guide the rollout of the Valis AI platform, and ensure measurable financial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own the client‑CEO relationship and executive steering committee with full decision authority.
• Run the transformation cadence: weekly reviews, monthly finance‑verified value reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
• Deliver a fast, fixed‑scope first win on the client’s real data, then lead the full rollout.
• Translate client problems into clear, build‑ready specifications for remote engineering teams.
• Be personally accountable for a finance‑verified outcome visible in the client’s P&L.
• Build a portfolio of 2‑3 marquee CEO accounts as engagements mature.
• Manage end‑to‑end rollout from kick‑off through adoption, sign‑off, and handover.
• Codify deployment methods to reduce ramp‑up time for future projects.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering real P&L impact or shipping a full transformation.
• Comfortable sitting across from mid‑market CEOs as a peer and earning rapid organisational trust.
• Technically literate enough to prototype, spec work, and direct engineers.
• Thrives in ambiguous environments and can operate effectively with incomplete information.
