Client Interaction Auditor

About the role

One Park Financial is seeking a detail‑oriented Client Interaction Auditor to join its QA Compliance team. You will audit every merchant touchpoint, leveraging AI‑powered monitoring tools to ensure that revenue‑based financing operations comply with federal and state regulations as well as internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, audit, document, and analyze the quality and compliance of merchant interactions across phone calls, texts, and emails.
• Create, configure, and manage AI agents and tools that flag compliance violations and quality inconsistencies.
• Investigate negative customer reviews and merchant complaints, providing thorough documentation and actionable recommendations.
• Identify trends, patterns, and operational risks to continuously improve compliance processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal standards.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in compliance auditing, quality assurance, or related regulatory functions.
• Ability to interpret federal and state financial regulations.
• Excellent documentation and investigative skills.
• Comfort working with AI‑driven monitoring systems.
