Client Partner

About the role

DXC Technology is seeking a Client Partner to lead and grow strategic client accounts across its technology services portfolio. The role focuses on delivering high‑impact solutions, fostering strong relationships, and driving revenue growth for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts, ensuring needs are met and solutions are delivered effectively.
• Develop and execute account strategies that contribute to profitable growth.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional service.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute account‑related projects.
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to expand the account portfolio.
• Prepare and deliver client reports and presentations.
• Monitor industry trends and adapt account strategies accordingly.
• Support and mentor junior account management professionals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years in a similar client‑partner or account‑leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales and revenue objectives.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
• Continuous learner who stays current with industry knowledge and technology.
• Advanced degree or certifications such as CAE or CSAM are a plus.
