Required profile

• Previous experience in content moderation, trust & safety, compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to assess sensitive or disturbing content objectively.
• Familiarity with moderation workflows, online community guidelines, and digital platform safety standards.
• Good understanding of cultural nuances that affect online interactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with clear documentation ability.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting productivity and accuracy targets.
