Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent to manage international travel arrangements for clients and employees. You will leverage your knowledge of global travel regulations, cultural nuances, and logistics to ensure seamless journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, health insurance, meals, car hire, and related services according to budget and requirements.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing processes, identify savings opportunities, and improve efficiency.
• Stay current on passport, visa, and travel regulations for multiple destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and coordinate flights, housing, benefits, and compensation packages, potentially collaborating with relocation firms or government agencies.
• Document and continuously improve travel and mobility processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Strong command of English.
