CRA II (Multi-sponsor) – Remote in Chile

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a CRA II to conduct on‑site and remote monitoring of multi‑sponsor clinical research studies in Chile. You will ensure compliance with GCP and regulatory standards while supporting trial execution.

Key responsibilities

• Perform remote and on‑site monitoring visits, review protocols, informed consent forms, and case report forms.
• Develop monitoring plans, checklists, and templates to ensure quality monitoring.
• Document monitoring activities, write reports, follow‑up letters, and action plans.
• Coordinate site visits, track study progress, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with investigators, site staff, and cross‑functional teams to support trial operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of clinical research monitoring experience.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with clinical trial management systems.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
• Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
• Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) or equivalent certification preferred.
