Customer Logistics Manager

About the role

As a Customer Logistics Manager you will be the primary point of contact for material management with Airbus Helicopters Chile’s customers, ensuring that products and services are delivered on time and to the required standards. You will work closely with sales, warranty, and finance teams to support the region’s growing aerospace portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee timely and proper supply of products and services for the assigned client portfolio.
• Act as the focal point for all material‑management topics with customers.
• Escalate material‑management issues to the appropriate internal focal points.
• Prepare sales quotations for spare parts and repair services based on regional customer requests.
• Maintain the physical and financial documentation workflow.
• Manage warranty claims from initiation to resolution.

Required profile

• Professional experience in the aeronautical industry.
• Degree in Logistics, Foreign Trade or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (language test required).
• Understanding of financial and logistics flows and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Team‑player, organized, self‑motivated and able to work under pressure.
