Director of Sales Operations

About the role

ENG, a leading BIM services provider for the AEC industry, is seeking a Director of Sales Operations to shape and execute its sales and marketing strategy through digital and AI‑driven solutions. The role will focus on automation, optimisation and analytical insight to boost the performance of the sales organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to define and implement sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Identify, design and roll out process improvements that increase productivity and operational efficiency.
• Select, implement and manage sales technologies, including CRM systems and AI‑based tools, to enhance ROI.
• Leverage data analytics to produce accurate sales forecasts, performance reports and actionable insights.
• Establish, monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales initiatives and individual contributors.
• Manage the sales operations budget and allocate resources to support strategic priorities.
• Design and deliver training programmes that develop the capabilities of the sales team.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance and customer‑service teams to ensure cross‑functional alignment.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading sales operations or enablement functions in a technology‑focused environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of using data to drive strategic decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex technology stacks and drive adoption of new tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience budgeting and resource planning for large sales organisations.
