Driver Operations Specialist – Chile

About the role

inDrive is seeking a Driver Operations Specialist to lead driver acquisition and operational initiatives across Chile. You will work closely with local and cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient onboarding, retention, and performance of drivers, supporting the company’s mission to expand its ride‑hailing platform.

Key responsibilities

• Execute on‑ground driver acquisition projects, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate, and track market‑level acquisition initiatives from start to finish.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Market Efficiency teams to unblock issues and ensure smooth rollout.
• Monitor key metrics such as New Drivers, Active Drivers, Acquisition Cost, Supply Hours, Utilization, and Retention Rates.
• Maintain operational discipline through accurate documentation and continuous workflow improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in strategy, operations, analytics, consulting, marketplace or product operations.
• Proven project management and execution skills in fast‑paced environments.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
