About the role

The Head Teacher Infant will lead the infant classroom, creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role combines curriculum design, instruction, and partnership with families to support early childhood development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging lesson plans and activities for primary/elementary students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, adapting instruction as needed.
• Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians regarding student development.
• Uphold school safeguarding, health, and safety policies.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful classroom culture aligned with ISP values.

Required profile

• Degree in education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification.
• Proven experience teaching primary or elementary students.
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.
