Internal Communications Leader – LATAM

Join a global leader in innovation and shape the voice of our organization across Latin America. As the Internal Communications Leader for LATAM, you will play a pivotal role in driving employee engagement and ensuring strategic alignment within a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Main Missions

• Design and implement strategic internal communication initiatives aligned with IBIOL priorities.
• Produce high-impact key messages for executive leadership (CEO) and manage regional campaigns and cross-market initiatives.
• Manage and optimize internal communication channels and digital tools to ensure seamless information flow.
• Guarantee editorial quality and consistency of all content across the region.
• Organize and lead communications for regional and corporate internal events.
• Act as the primary point of contact for LATAM countries, ensuring alignment between global, regional, and local communication strategies.
• Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs to measure engagement and communication effectiveness.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the employee communication experience.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in internal communications, ideally in a regional or multinational role.
• Exceptional storytelling and editorial skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to navigate and influence in a complex, multicultural, and fast-paced environment.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is essential; Portuguese is a significant plus.
