About the role
Join BairesDev’s internal Help Desk team as an IT Support Analyst, providing remote technical assistance to a global workforce. You will be a key player in ensuring smooth daily operations for users across multiple platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve technical issues via email, phone, and Jira tickets.
- Troubleshoot computers and related hardware.
- Manage hardware procurement and inventory.
- Administer building security cards.
- Perform general office and hardware maintenance.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an internal Help Desk environment.
- Hands‑on experience with Windows 10, macOS, Android, AWS and networking concepts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, detail‑oriented and able to work both independently and within a team.
- Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
