About the role
Huawei Technologies is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for its users in Santiago. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues while ensuring security compliance and smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and IT systems.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT equipment.
- Resolve incidents, document solutions, and escalate complex issues.
- Ensure IT security compliance and smooth daily operations.
Required profile
- Technical degree or bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure.
- Advanced English proficiency.
