About the role

Huawei Technologies is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for its users in Santiago. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues while ensuring security compliance and smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and IT systems.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT equipment.
Resolve incidents, document solutions, and escalate complex issues.
Ensure IT security compliance and smooth daily operations.

Required profile

Technical degree or bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure.
Advanced English proficiency.
