Key Account Specialist On Premise

About the role

The On Premise channel is a core sales and marketing pillar for Red Bull, where the brand leads the market and drives trial generation in aspirational venues. As a Key Account Specialist you will own the distribution and sales growth of Red Bull’s portfolio across assigned key‑account segments, working closely with the Key Account Manager to turn market presence into consumption.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize the most relevant customers in your segments to drive vertical and horizontal distribution.
• Collaborate with local marketing on industry and consumer insights to shape commercial plans.
• Develop and execute annual commercial plans, including portfolio mix, budget, and volume forecasts.
• Maximise performance of existing accounts through joint business planning and win‑win partnership agreements.
• Acquire new accounts from the national universe and negotiate partnership terms.
• Coordinate with internal functions (sales, marketing, logistics, finance) and external stakeholders to ensure execution excellence.
• Manage budget forecasts, monitor margin, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Track, analyse and report on sales, distribution, execution and deal status using the Key Account Tracker.
• Spend at least 40% of working time on market visits to ensure compliance and uncover opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to grow sales and distribution.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills with major on‑premise customers.
• Analytical orientation to measure performance, forecast, and adjust plans.
• Ability to work autonomously in the field while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
