Lead Cloud Services Advisor

About the role

Acronis is seeking a Lead Cloud Services Advisor to guide and develop its Cloud Services Advisors across North America and Latin America. This player‑coach position blends people leadership with hands‑on sales execution, allowing the incumbent to stay close to the market while mentoring a distributed team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Cloud Services Advisors in NAM and LATAM through regular 1:1s, deal reviews, and onboarding.
• Identify skill gaps, enablement needs, and performance patterns in partnership with the Sales Manager.
• Maintain a limited personal pipeline focused on complex or strategic opportunities and support priority accounts.
• Participate in customer calls to model best‑practice sales behaviors and assist advisors on challenging deals.
• Act as a feedback bridge between the sales team and cross‑functional partners such as Sales Enablement, Channel, and Marketing.

Required profile

• Experienced B2B sales professional with a background in cloud, SaaS, cybersecurity, or MSP ecosystems.
• Prior experience leading, supervising, or mentoring sales teams across multiple regions.
• Strong communicator able to provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Confident in customer‑facing sales engagements and motivated to grow into sales management.
