Lead Security Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Security Engineer to protect our systems, data, and infrastructure from evolving cyber threats. You will work across multiple teams to strengthen our security posture and drive continuous improvements in processes, tools, and practices.

Key responsibilities

• Create, roll out, and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Tri­age cybersecurity requests, manage security intake queues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Develop, review, and audit Python‑based automation scripts that optimize IAM workflows.
• Administer access rights using least‑privilege and separation‑of‑duties principles.
• Maintain alignment with regulations and support internal and external audits.
• Track security metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and launch initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and development teams to embed security throughout the software lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity operations.
• At least 1 year of experience leading development teams.
• Hands‑on experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, and related security technologies.
• Proven ability to manage projects, refine processes, and update policies.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent English (B2+ level).
