Learning Content Developer (Remote)

About the role

As a Learning Content Developer at BairesDev, you will create engaging learning experiences that empower our Talent Acquisition team. Working at the intersection of pedagogy and technology, you will transform complex processes into micro‑learnings, courses, simulations, and workshops that drive measurable performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce micro‑learnings, courses, workshops, simulations, and quizzes tailored to the needs of recruiters and talent acquisition professionals.
• Convert technical documentation into clear, pedagogically sound learning content.
• Develop role‑based learning paths to support structured skill development.
• Measure training effectiveness using completion rates, satisfaction scores, and post‑training performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Documentation, Enablement, and Content Design teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of all learning materials.

Required profile

• Experience in IT or technology‑adjacent industries.
• Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communication, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., EdApp) and e‑learning authoring tools.
• Background in content creation and data‑driven analysis of training outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• EdApp or similar LMS platform
• E‑learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise)
• Data analysis for training effectiveness
• Multimedia production basics
• Familiarity with Confluence or Notion
