Marketing Project Manager

About the role

Willow, a telehealth company focused on personalized cosmetic weight‑loss care, is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to own the intake, planning and execution of marketing initiatives. The role acts as the central hub for cross‑functional projects, ensuring timelines, dependencies and deliverables are met across creative, lifecycle, ecommerce, paid media and other marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the entry point for marketing initiatives, building briefs, identifying stakeholders and driving timelines.
• Own and architect project‑management systems (ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana) including workflows, automations, intake processes, dashboards and reporting.
• Lead integration of AI agents and automation into marketing operations, identifying opportunities and driving adoption.
• Maintain visibility of incoming marketing work, scope requests and surface capacity conflicts early.
• Act as a liaison across marketing functions and other departments to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Build scalable processes, documentation and workflows that improve visibility, accountability and execution speed.
• Own marketing‑related product launch timelines and coordinate deliverables across multiple teams.
• Surface and communicate relevant marketing data to support faster, informed decisions.

Required profile

• 3‑6+ years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations or integrated marketing.
• Background in fast‑paced startups or high‑growth environments.
• Proven ability to take cross‑functional projects from concept through execution.
• Experience managing complex marketing initiatives with multiple stakeholders, timelines and dependencies.
• Advanced expertise in at least one major project‑management platform.
• Strong familiarity with AI‑enabled workflows and automation tools.
