Nursing Staff & ICU Incharge – Critical Care Units

About the role

SN Hospital is expanding its critical‑care team and is looking for qualified nursing professionals to work in the ICU, HDU, Emergency and NICU, as well as an experienced ICU In‑charge to lead the intensive‑care unit.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU, HDU, Emergency or NICU.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications and assist with emergency procedures including resuscitation.
• Perform routine nursing duties such as patient assessments, wound care and hygiene management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow strict infection‑control protocols.
• Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams to implement treatment plans.
• For the ICU In‑charge: supervise daily ICU operations, mentor nursing staff and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
• Manage ICU inventory of equipment, medications and supplies.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide training for ICU nurses.

Required profile

• BSc Nursing or GNM Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with the appropriate Nursing Council.
• Experience in ICU, HDU, Emergency or NICU (preferred for nursing staff).
• For ICU In‑charge: minimum 5 years ICU nursing experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of critical‑care procedures and emergency response.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
