Part-time Junior to Senior Commercial Lawyer – Santiago

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior to Semi‑Senior Commercial Lawyer to join our team on a part‑time, on‑site basis in Santiago, Chile. The role combines hands‑on legal advice with the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements, while supporting day‑to‑day business and labor matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide practical, solution‑oriented legal advice aligned with business objectives.
• Review, draft, and negotiate standardized contracts and bespoke commercial agreements.
• Support internal stakeholders on routine legal issues and labor law matters, including advisory work and litigation follow‑up.
• Strengthen contract processes, risk‑management practices, and legal workflows.
• Coordinate external counsel for litigation and other legal matters.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and report key risks to the Legal Director.

Required profile

• Strong background in corporate, commercial, and labor law.
• Proven experience advising business teams and handling day‑to‑day legal matters.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in labor‑law advisory or litigation.
• Professional fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
