Part‑time Career Coach

About the role

TripleTen is looking for a part‑time Career Coach to help graduates of its tech bootcamps become job‑ready. You will work with a large cohort of students, providing personalized guidance and group workshops to accelerate their transition into the tech industry.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 150–200 students, offering group coaching and 1:1 office hours as needed.
• Review resumes, LinkedIn profiles, portfolios and cover letters, delivering feedback within 24 hours.
• Conduct mock interviews and assess performance using internal guidelines.
• Track student progress in internal systems, flagging risks such as disengagement or delays.
• Facilitate community channels, share job‑market insights and practical guidance.
• Host webinars, career events and workshops across multiple tracks (Software Engineering, QA, Data, Cybersecurity, UX/UI).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve career services and student experience.
• Provide timely, solution‑oriented feedback to students and teammates.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience as a career coach, recruiter, HR professional or hiring manager.
• Strong understanding of the US job market, hiring practices and cultural nuances.
• Excellent English proficiency (C1 level or higher).
• Ability to manage time effectively, maintain structured records and respond to priorities within 24 hours.
