Primary Co‑Teacher (Elementary)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Co‑Teacher to join our primary classroom team. Working alongside the lead teacher, you will help deliver engaging lessons and support the academic and personal growth of elementary students.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lesson activities for primary/elementary students.
• Provide effective instruction that captures students’ interest and meets curriculum standards.
• Assess student learning, monitor progress and record outcomes.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student development.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and supportive classroom environment.

Required profile

• Degree in education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification.
• Experience teaching primary or elementary students.
• Commitment to safeguarding, health and safety, and inclusive practices.

Required skills

• Strong classroom management.
• Effective instructional techniques.
