Process Engineer – Industrial Process Optimization & Digital Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a Process Engineer to lead the deployment of AI‑powered industrial software across manufacturing sites in the Americas. The role blends industrial engineering, automation, and project delivery, requiring hands‑on work at customer plants and close collaboration with operations, IT/OT, and internal specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Execute on‑site implementation, commissioning, testing, and start‑up of optimization software.
• Validate industrial connectivity, communications, signals, and data availability.
• Coordinate functional and technical testing with automation, maintenance, IT/OT, and engineering teams.
• Document implementation progress, configuration changes, technical issues, and project milestones.
• Gather operational data and feedback to support troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Assist Project Managers in risk management and delivery coordination.
• Provide customer training and knowledge transfer during rollout.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent technical background in Industrial, Automation, Mechanical, Chemical, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
• 3+ years delivering industrial technology, automation, commissioning, or start‑up projects in manufacturing environments.
• Hands‑on experience working on plant sites throughout implementation phases.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation, control systems, instrumentation, and IT/OT environments.
