Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring delivery aligns with customer requirements, statutory regulations, and internal quality standards. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from planning to execution, while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate customer and regulatory requirements to the project team.
• Develop project plans in partnership with the Engagement Owner.
• Implement the iQMS™ framework throughout the project.
• Manage project progress against the plan and maintain comprehensive records.
• Apply appropriate methods, tools, and techniques to ensure rigorous project management and accurate estimations.
• Coordinate customer acceptance activities and report status to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project‑related issues, including iQMS™ implementation challenges.
• Collect and analyze process and product measurements at the project level.
• Participate in pilot initiatives for process improvement when selected.
• Monitor project primes/backups and PI activities.
• Adopt suitable technologies and best practices, sharing knowledge across projects.
• Lead HR planning, performance management, and competency development for the project team.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and HSE policies, including incident reporting and data backup.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of project management principles and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
• Experience in implementing quality management systems (e.g., iQMS™) is advantageous.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
