About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to support our U.S. market clients from a remote location in Latin America. This position is ideal for an early‑to‑mid‑career professional with proven experience sourcing and placing talent for commercial roles in the United States.

Key responsibilities

Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for U.S.-based clients.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer acceptance.
Build and maintain strong pipelines of talent across marketing, sales, and other commercial functions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and market trends.

Required profile

1‑3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the U.S. market.
Experience recruiting for commercial profiles such as marketing and sales.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Organised, disciplined, coachable and eager to grow professionally.
