Recruiter – US Market Focus (Remote)

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to support our U.S. market clients from a remote location in Latin America. This position is ideal for an early‑to‑mid‑career professional with proven experience sourcing and placing talent for commercial roles in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for U.S.-based clients.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of talent across marketing, sales, and other commercial functions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and market trends.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the U.S. market.
- Experience recruiting for commercial profiles such as marketing and sales.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Organised, disciplined, coachable and eager to grow professionally.
