Recruiting Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead its Talent Acquisition function on a fully remote basis. You will shape hiring strategies, guide a large team of recruitment leaders, and ensure the process aligns with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of over 50 recruitment leaders.
• Design and implement innovative hiring strategies and employee‑well‑being initiatives.
• Collaborate with area managers to keep Talent Acquisition processes current and effective.
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, metrics, and salary settings.
• Use data‑driven insights to continuously improve recruiting and staffing workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operational leaders.
• Background in Talent Acquisition or recruiting (preferred).
• Hands‑on, proactive management style.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
