Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist is responsible for managing recruitment, selection, training and development activities, supporting internal audits and maintaining HR policies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the operative and administrative process of recruitment, selection, and onboarding for all new employees.
• Manage training and integration activities for staff throughout their employment.
• Keep HR policies and procedures up to date, including those related to training, internal promotions, and recruitment.
• Oversee the annual performance plan, including goal setting, mid‑year and end‑of‑year reviews.
• Maintain up‑to‑date job descriptions and keep social media accounts refreshed with new job posts and company activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Psychology, Administration or a related field (Bachelor’s required; Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3 + years of experience in customer service, recruitment or HR functions.
• Proficiency with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer) and strong attention to detail.
• Intermediate to high level of English proficiency.
