Regional Sales Manager – Caribbean & Central America

About the role

Genetec is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales and relationship management with existing and new customers, system integrators, technology partners, consultants, and end‑users across the Caribbean and Central America. You will drive growth of our security solutions portfolio while ensuring customers receive tailored, future‑proofed architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the assigned sales territory for Genetec products.
• Identify, track, and qualify opportunities; distribute leads to partners.
• Visit customers, partners, and consultants on‑site to understand needs.
• Manage forecasts, achieve sales quotas, and prepare quotes, RFIs/RFQs, and proposals.
• Coordinate communication between customers, integrators, and internal teams.
• Monitor and report customer, integrator, and consultant satisfaction levels.
• Organise and deliver training for customers, integrators, and consultants.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM and other sales tools.
• Stay current on product features, market trends, competition, and promotional activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in the security industry (VMS, Access Control, CCTV) or related technology sector.
• Proven track record selling security solutions in the Caribbean and Central America.
• Excellent presentation and client‑demonstration skills.
• Strong communication, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a complex sales environment.
• Experience building relationships with customers, integrators, and consultants.
